In this video we are guided by Hector Mejorado and Emilio Sanchez  from the Taller de Historia of Tecate and also by Hernan Ibañez from CAREM and Rancho Ojai. We get to learn about the history of this charming Baja California city, we also visit the world famous bakery and sample some of their bread and finish off at the park at a town fiesta were we even got to speak to the mayor of the city. This is a great video all about Rosarito. We start off joined by Juvenal Arias, president of the Rosarito Historical Society and he talks to us about the Kumiai that used to visit this place called Wa-cuatai, the arrival of the spanish and the dividing line between Alta and Baja California. We also visit the Rosarito Beach Hotel and learn about it’s history and we finish up at the Mexican Food Festival held right on the main Boulevard and we were guided by Hector Reyes from the tourism department and as we were there, we bumped into the city mayor and had a chat with him also . You are going to love this video.
